Who we are

Get Reply Flow provides AI call answering and booking agents for home service businesses. Get Reply Flow is a service of Velox Capital Partners LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

What we collect on this site

When you request a demo we collect your name, business name, trade, website, mobile number, email and any notes you choose to add. We use them to build your demo, contact you about it and answer your questions. If you save a Voice Agent ROI worksheet with us, we keep your answers to follow up with you about them.

Text messages

If you check the consent box we may text you your demo details and follow ups about it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their marketing.

Calls handled for our clients

When our agents answer calls for a client business, call details are processed on that business's behalf and under its instructions. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant.

Service providers

We use hosting, security, email and voice providers to run this site and our service. These include Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery) and voice AI providers such as Retell AI and OpenAI (call handling). They process information only to provide those services to us.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. A security check may run on the demo form to block spam.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you gave us by replying to any email from us.
