Using this site

This site describes Get Reply Flow's services. Examples, conversations and calculator results are illustrations, not promises of specific results.

Demos

Demo agents are built for evaluation only. They may use information from your public website. Demo bookings are not real appointments.

Services

Paid services are provided under a short written service order that sets out scope, fees, usage and support. If anything on this site conflicts with your service order, the service order controls.

Billing

The setup fee and your first month are charged when you sign. Your monthly fee then renews on that date each month and is charged automatically to your card or bank account. Extra usage, like extra minutes, is added to your next bill. Required sales tax is added where it applies.

Cancelling

Plans are month-to-month with no long contract, unless your service order sets a fixed term. Cancel anytime by email with 30 days' notice.

Refunds

Setup fees aren't refundable, because the work starts right away. Monthly fees already paid aren't refunded.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, email us at demo@getreplyflow.com before contacting your bank and we'll sort it out with you. If a payment fails, we retry it and email you. If it's still unpaid after 10 days, we may pause your service until it's paid.
